**Responsibilities**
- Create and implement holistic marketing strategies that effectively promote our games to a broad audience.
- Plan, execute, and manage billboard advertisements, transit ads, cinema promotions, and other out-of-home marketing initiatives.
- Organize and oversee participation in gaming conventions, trade shows, and other events to promote our games.
- Leverage earned media through press releases, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to generate buzz.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, rival strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
- Work closely with game developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the game's vision and goals.

**Job Qualification**
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated management level experience in marketing in mobile & game industry
- Proven track record of crafting and executing successful out-of-home marketing campaigns.
- Proven mobile experience managing mobile marketing campaigns.
- Experience in developing and execution comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and its target audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven decision-maker, with the ability to process and present data.
- Report to CEO and Marketing Manager.
