Provide structured administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily tasks.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks, communications, and projects based on importance and deadlines to optimize the CEOs time and focus on key business objectives.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and changes in plans, and develop alternative solutions and strategies to ensure smooth operations and mínimal disruptions.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality regarding business matters, company strategies, and executive decisions.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Demonstrate a business mindset and an interest in learning about organizational structure and business strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar executive support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills in adapting to changes and proactively finding solutions. Business mindset and curiosity to learn about business strategies and organizational structure. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
