**EC Group Operations (Cosme, Fragrance, & Prestige)**:

- Building short-term/mid-term channel strategy to achieve business objectives, sales target, brand ranking and market share winning by brand/by category/by platform.
- Be the key Contact person from EC/Digital department to work with Brand Team to align plans and execute Brand Innovation on E-Com players.
- Identifying new Ecommerce opportunity, understand shopper/consumer behaviour journey, recognize new triggers/barriers to define fast & appropriate action.
- Working closely with platform and e-distributors to ensure daily ecom operation excellence model, from commercial planning, SIS design, merchandising plan, and MKT performance.
- Manage and execute the optimization, growth, and success of our e-commerce platform and its sales by overseeing the design and development of our e
- commerce platforms.
- Knowledge on the major ecosystems in Vietnam such as Zalo, Facebook, Google.
- Reports & Data analysis of store operations with deep-dive insights per category/brand/plan to strengthen store performance.

**NMV & P&L control**:

- Responsible for P&L by channel from top line to bottom-line.
- Responsible for account GMV with platform & Netsales with internal with strong P&L report & analysis.
- Manage annual budget for E-commerce which will outline objective, strategy, tactics and milestone to achieve target.
- Analyse store-related data and recommend improvement plans for store revenue based on results, store optimization, and merchandise ratings
- Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting
- Control & reconcile cost with distributor or platforms
- Identify opportunities to grow GMV via Buyers/ Orders/ ARPU.. and control related costs (commercial, marketing, media..) with data-driven approach per brand & channel
