This Demand Planning position is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. The Demand Planner creates and maintains forecast models for their customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**1. Planning (50%)**
- Plan monthly sale forecast & demand planning consistently through the building of a consensus between sale forecasts, sale history and the financial trend, including:

- Plan forecast sales out (total 9 months) based on one number given by Business Controller and Brand
- Planning the arrival of products according to those product seasonality, sales and marketing activity and brand direction while optimizing fill rate and inventory turn.
- Participate to the improvement of the sale forecast practice.
- Work with BM/sales team for appropriate actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect update sales and marketing activities.

**2. Quality and Productivity (40%)**
- Manage safety stock (total at 3PLs & Counters) and stock in-transit management to avoid OOS and high inventory. Minimize the SLOB stock.
- Work with Sales team to propose stock allocation by SKU on bi-weekly basis according to sales target and counter inventory.

**3. Other projects as assigned by LM (10%)**

**Qualifications and experience**

**1. Required diploma and/or level of professional experience**:

- University BA graduate level
- At least 3 years similar working experience, prefer in Cosmetics/ Retail industry

**2. Required skills**:

- Good English (Be able to read English materials and communicate to region).
- Excellent excel skills.
- Good analytical skills
- Good collaboration, can-do attitude, articulation
