**JOB PURPOSE**:

- Customer Care function is a direct link between the company and the customers using/looking for services with Rentokil Initial Vietnam, to maximize the business opportunities and taking good care of customers.
- The job function including routine calls for providing approved information, receiving all calls & queries, coordinating complaints & requirement, surveying customer satisfaction (CVC). The Customer Care Executive is accountable for providing the excellent Customer Care execution duties.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Handle customer service activities**:

- Receive all incoming (inbound) calls and queries, handle and transfer calls.
- Deliver outbound calls: after service calls, marketing/ customer care campaign, feedbacks or other information as required.
- Do monthly surveys such as: Customer satisfaction (CVC, Welcome and Termination).
- Coordinate complaints and requirement from customer according to SOPs and 2/24 promise.
- Provide on time and accurate reports/analysis/findings/suggestions as required by business and promote growth to business through data, facts, and trend analysis and experiences.
- Keep and maintain proper record and filling.
- Being a Centre of Customer Care which promotes the “Customer Centric Culture” and a contact point for customers in enquiries, complaints, requirements and etc.

**2. Other requested tasks**:

- Perform tele-sales task.
- Express the company’s culture with professional image.
- Other related tasks are required

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service or Marketing with the same level in foreign companies.
- Have at least 01 experience year in the field of service planning/ sales administrator and/or customer service.
- Skill of communication in English
- Skill of MS office.
- Have the ability to interact with customers.
- Able to work independently, multi task and solve problems.
- Should be flexible, confident and organized.
