The job holder responsible for:
Responsible for implementing and coordinating with functional departments of the unit in charge, regions and related departments in building business targets, managing, monitoring and evaluating sales performance of the sales team, sales support of the Business Units

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- Make periodic and ad hoc reports for each Business units
- Follow up the implementation of the requirements of other functional teams, manage according to the committed SLAs.
- Controlling the implementation of budget plans and forecasts: Fully support the Directors of Business Units in making annual plans and reviewing plans to ensure all business plans are in accordance with agreed goals.
- Support in making weekly/daily/monthly reports for the Board of Directors, Business Division, Units, Regions, Areas
- Support ad-hoc requests to serve the daily arising needs of the business units
- Perform assessment/build business plan/kpis/cost of Sales, Regions, Areas, and units periodically
- Support ad-hoc requests to serve the daily arising needs of the business units.
- Participate in the assessment of problems arising in the data, propose solutions to overcome the gap between source data and business requirements
- Perform other related tasks at the request of Team Leader or Senior Manager
