**About The Opportunity**

The Systems and Configuration will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Discova Salesforce platform to ensure optimal utilization and support of business operations. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce features, data integrity, and user support. The Systems and Configuration Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement. **This role can be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or Bangkok, Thailand, or Hanoi, Vietnam.**

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically preferred and/or 3+ years related work experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification, such as "Salesforce Certified Administrator," is highly desirable.
- Ability to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business insights and decision-making.
- Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and CRM concepts. Knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex, JavaScript) is a plus but not always required.
