**Responsibilities**
- Define standards, policies, and procedures for cloud operations;
- Participate in the design of Cloud-based infrastructure solutions; working alongside Cloud Architects Team to ensure that initial and anticipated future business requirements are represented;
- Work with the PMO and Project Manager to define project scope, duration, resource requirements;
- Resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements;
- Recruit, train, supervise and manage the performance of subordinate employees to ensure completion of assigned work plans;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor degree in B.S. and/or M.S. in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Applied Mathemathics. Studying in US, UK, Australia is a plus advantage;
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in the IT industry, and 3 years experience in integration and development roles; in which at least 2 years of experience in a similar management position;
- In-depth knowledge of various integration technologies, middleware, protocols, and methodologies, including ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), API management, messaging systems, and data integration tools;
- Strong technical skills in programming languages, databases, and development tools commonly used in the integration field. Proficiency in software development practices and methodologies is crucial;
- Proven leadership and management skills, including experience in leading cross-functional teams, project management, and resource allocation;
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to oversee integration development projects effectively;
- Fluency in English.
