DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Assist the driver partner in completing the onboarding process.
- Register and activate driver partner accounts, sign contracts, take photos, purchase uniforms, etc.
- Control driver information and declare drivers' tax codes.
- Write content or design simple images related to recruitment.
- At management's request, coordinate and support related teams.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from college or university with a major in Economics, E-commerce, Logistics, etc.
- At least 6 months of experience in a comparable position... experience in e-commerce and logistics firms is preferred.
- Good ability to work both in groups and alone.
- Have ability to design or use Canva is a advantage.
- Flexibility in consulting, giving presentations, and dealing with situations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
