**What You Will Do**:
**Influencer Marketing**:

- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase sales, and maximize ROI.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commissions, and payouts.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of affiliate marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards related to affiliate marketing.

**LiveCommerce**:

- Develop and implement live commerce strategies to engage customers, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and execute live commerce events, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to host engaging live commerce experiences.
- Manage the technical aspects of live commerce platforms and tools, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.
- Analyze live commerce performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously optimize strategies to improve results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live commerce, integrating new ideas and innovations into our live commerce initiatives.

**Who You Are**:

- A recognized University Degree.
- At least 03 years of working experience in Affiliate Marketing in e-commerce networks or platforms
- At least 02 years working at Lead/Senior Manager level with experience in managing scale teams of at least 05 members
- Experience in social commerce, live streaming, and affiliate marketing
- Proficiency in English and communication
- Significant experience in building and retaining strong relationships with clients
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, estimates, and schedules.
- Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
