Quantity: 01

Location: Ha Noi, Construction site in Dan Phuong

**Salary**: 30 mil VND/ month gross

Expected start working Date: Immediately if posible

Reason to recruit: Replacement for Retired Personnel

Working time: 6 days/week
- Job Description:
1. Preparation and coordination of the project plan

2. Communicating with suppliers or other vendors to ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations

3. Preparing reports for management about the status of project

4. Developing and monitoring project budgets based on estimates provided by project manager

5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all materials are available when needed for projects

6. Monitoring adherence of project timeline with the decided schedule plan

7. Managing all aspects of project accounting including billing clients for services provided and collecting payments from them

8. Any other tasks requested by top management of project team

- Other preferred: Experiences Of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects for heavy and chemical industries, power industry, water treatment plant and so on are especially required.
