Roles & Responsibilities:
To monitor financial control activities on the construction projects to ensure the work is controlled and reported in relation to Project manager & financial manager for budget & schedule of contracts in accordance with the corporate policies, but not limiting to following main responsibilities:
Budgetary control:

- Interface between accounting department & Projects & other departments.
- Assist head of departments & projects in budgetary control, set up budget and revision.
- Analysis of variances ( actual expenses compared to the approved budget) and consistency of financial information.
- Follow up of committed costs ( purchase & rental requisition, Pos., delivery receipts, staff cost, stock assessment)
- Assist project managers & Financial manager in estimation of project's cost to complete
- Contract value follow up, claim & remeasurement.
- Follow up billing & cash collection.

Cash flow control:

- Forecast cash flow positions of projects.
- Forecast financial risks related to the interest rate of the project's borrowings & investment, as well as on its foreign exchange positions.

Meeting:

- Attend and report the monthly Cost control meeting with General manager & financial manager & project managers
- Attend other meetings as requests

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelors of Finance & Accounting - Minimum 05 years relevant experience
- Base skills in Accountant or Auditor
- Knowledge of Vietnam financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Good Communication skill and good at Teamwork
