- Quantity: 01
- Check and review IPC (prepared by Subcontractor), PC (prepared by QS site before submit to Client);
- Support on preparation of monthly cost report on financial status of project to Client/Mother Company;
- Monitor all contract, resolve contract disputes, respond to the contract claim;
- Support the site cost & control on relevant tasks
- Deliver the scopes assigned during contract compliance / review / renewal / termination;
- Verify & suggest any additional scopes if required during contract delivery;
- Support Bidding & Purchasing part on: Review Partial Budget of on-going projects; review Bidding Document including BOQ prior issuance to sub-contractor; review contract conditions/ construction agreement with client or sub-contractor;
- Conducting the Modified Budget based on actual construction cost in combination with any update of changes.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or any equivalent areas
- At least 4 years of experience in Cost & Contract, Payment control
- Fluent in English.
- Preferred experience in Real Estate investment / development area. Having been through some phases / full of project lifecycle
- Professional QS Certificate is preferable
- Working knowledge for type of contracts, construction contract terms and conditions, budget management and procurement
- Knowledge of Legal, Finance, Bidding in real estate industry.
- High ownership to complete the assigned areas with limited guidance
- Good communication, teamwork skills
