**What you’ll do**:
You will manage OEM/ODM quality at our site in Hải Dương Vietnam, making sure that the manufactured products meet the design and process quality. This will be done in collaboration with the rest of the QA team based in Stockholm, Sweden (HQ) and Shenzhen, China.

As a new strategic role for the company, you will need to maintain a daily relationship with the OEM/ODM, including, but not limited to, managing our supplier process and shipment inspection.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Process quality management
- Process data monitoring
- QS/Process audit
- Sustainability support
- Dealing with customer issues

**You probably have the following experiences & skills**:

- Bachelor degree in Electronic engineering, mechanical engineering or corresponding education
- At least 3 years working experience within quality management
- Good command of all quality tools and processes
- Experience in process audit, identify problems in process and push suppliers to improve
- Experience in designing procedure nodes in quality II level files, being able to identify risk points in supplier process and pushing suppliers to improve
- Knowledge of 6-sigma principle (GRR, DOE, etc.)
- Understanding of consumer electronics and audio manufacturing technologies
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (our company language) but being able to speak Chinese is a plus
