**Overview**:
The supplier Program Manager at eero is responsible for driving NPI material and custom parts production introduction concept approval through ramp of eero devices. you are responsible for driving suppliers facing cross-functional teams and supply base to achieve the project goals. You will ensure clear lead-times for raw materials are planned. You help report on KPIs for delivery and overall capacity for the custom parts commodity. This role is the focal point of contact in Vietnam for all NPI and custom material activities. The Supplier Program manager needs close communication and teamwork with the US based teams such as OPM, MDE, Product Design, PD EPM, System EPM, ID etc., to ensure the projects are progressing according to schedule.

The Supplier Program manager is responsible for closely monitoring and driving Vietnam side activities including DFM, Gerber release, process qualification, and material preparation for builds. Working closely with the Hardware Engineer (EE), Mechanical Engineer (ME), Global Commodity Manager (GCM), Supplier Quality Manager (SQM) and Reliability Engineer (REL)to drive off-the-shelf component suppliers to be clear to build, issues resolved and quality requirements met.

**What you’ll do**:

- New product introduction(NPI) material driving: work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure material timeline can meet each phase of new product development
- Manage clear-to-build delivery requirements, establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the material supply for NPI projects, such as supplier capacity constraints, material shortage, or quality issues.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions and minimize impact on NPI build schedules.
- Join with Manufacturing Design, Product design team, Compliance, PD, Quality, Reliability, Product, and Supply Chain to execute and deliver customized parts (etc PCB /antenna ) products across multiple suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the material management function. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process changes and monitor the results.
- Stand-up supplier’s factory ensuring definition and execution for all manufacturing processes meet eero standards
- Own the customized parts and NPI material - primary contact point for CM/Supplier to coordinate, define, and resolve any capacity and product issues on the line.
- Develop rapport with supplier partners and detailed knowledge of “how the factory works” its capabilities and limitations.
- Commit to build readiness at supplier to support xVT B-uilds for off-the-shelf components and PCB.

Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of NPI material, through driving the suppliers and production cycle to determine required materials purchases.
