**JOB SUMMARY**:

- We are looking to hire an experienced key account management to maintain solid relationships with Hoan My’s key corporate partners. The key account executive’s responsibilities include growing the company’s revenue by ensuring retention of key corporate partners and making sure they are satisfied with services rendered; identifying new potential business opportunities with new client accounts through relationship building via the business community via on and offline platforms including attending meetings, conventions, workshops, and networking events;
- To be successful as a key account senior executive, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and support the development of business and marketing strategies as and when required. The key account senior executive should effectively be able to manage multiple key accounts whilst upholding on the quality of our services provided;

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Key Performance Area 1** **(Weighting: 50%)**

**Account Development and Management**
- Expand and upgrade business connectivity with current and new assigned partners;
- Implement partnership plans, expand new partner connections, upgrade connection quality, establish and promote sales;
- Evaluate incidents, provide solutions, report and implement them in a timely manner;
- Manage results from planning, implementing, predicting and evaluating updates, adjusting actions in time to ensure target results;
- Responsible for performing account management in order to ensure relation and growth of Hoan My Healthcare business;
- Propose relationship development initiatives and sales facilitating activities to create and strengthen customer base & revenue opportunities;
- Follows individual account management schedules and adheres to questions/duties that must be covered;
- Prepare and present, in a timely manner, high quality proposals that comply with company guidelines;
- As a Hoan My Ambassador to interact and communicate effectively with physicians, hospital/clinic representatives, and Group staffs;

**Key Performance Area 2** **(Weighting: 30 %)**

**Sales Report & Presentation**
- Submit weekly report for opportunities identification, evaluation, and follow up status on sales funnel/ sales tracking systems to maximize effectiveness on territory;
- Track and analyze metrics to recommend performance optimizations to improve efficiency and revenue;

**Key Performance Area 3** **(Weighting: 20 %)**

**Market & Competitor Analysis**
- Work closely with the internal BD and Marketing teams and Partnership Manager to build up customer databases, market analysis, and competitor analysis;
- Actively develop and maintain market intelligence regarding competitors and market prices and conditions;
**Product Knowledge Acquisition**
- Acquire an overall understanding of all available product ranges and models;
- Acquire substantial knowledge about key features of the target product models;
- Understand competitors’ counter arguments and how to tackle to change mindset and switch brands;
- Able to consult on different product configuration for different customer budget;
- Able to demonstrate and promote the target products in a professional manner;
**Others task as assigned by the line manager.**

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills;
- Experience in sales and/or dealing with sales and account management;
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently;
- Strong negotiation, presentation and human relations skills;
- A demonstrated passion for customer centric (demonstrated in your experience within a sales client-focused business);
- The ability to solve problems with Strong negotiation and result orientation manner;
- Ability to manage multi task and high responsibility for tracking progress
- Teamwork spirit

**Skills**:

- Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Creative, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on, and demonstrates planning and project management skills.
- Be result-driven and able to balance various demands to ensure all objectives and deadlines are achieved.
- Possess service-centered and customer service mindsets.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or relevant field.
