**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Organize and oversee communication campaigns (ATL and BTL) and promotional events in liaise with various media partners and agencies
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and elaborate periodic reports of performance
- Write or edit copy for diverse marketing channels (social network, brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Under the direction of Sales and Marketing Manager, prepare budgets and monitor marketing expenses
- Research and maintain relationships with vendors and publishers to ensure efficient usage of resources

**1. Digital marketing (60%)**
- Effectively plan and execute digital media campaigns on multiple platforms, including, but not limited to: Google Ads, Facebook, Coc Coc, GDN, Youtube, Linkedln, etc
- Analyze and monitor campaigns’ progress and conversion for improvement
- Track and enhance search console for SEO and SEM optimization
- Explore new digital platforms to reach target customers
- Keep Tam Son Yachting’s websites up-to-date and attractive
- Control and allocate budget for digital activities

**2. Branding and press relations (20%)**
- Implement tactics to improve TSY brand identity through the company's brands and services
- Organize events to enhance Tam Son Yachting’s brand equity
- Improve Tam Son Yachting service’s awareness (yachts management, charter, marinas, technical services )
- Stay up-to-date with journalists, KOLs, for press release/ product information
- Work with vendors to produce marketing materials (design and contents) for products and services, including POSMs and online channels

**3. Other tasks (20%)**
- Advise Sales and Marketing Manager in developing the sales and marketing plan for products
- Provide support to sales team for implementation of sales support events
- Coordinate with other person-in-charge to implement CRM program
- Be in charge of the administrative work related to marketing activities (vendors’ contract review, payment documents, filing )

Other tasks as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager.

**Working hours**:44 hours/week

JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 2 years in marketing position for luxury brands, preferably in automobile industry, or 3 years in advertising agency for high-end products with proven track records
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Experience in events planning
- Be a good team player, active and flexible
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity, business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Having graphic design skills is a plus
- Have good command of English & MS Office and good knowledge of design softwares
