**We’re looking for **a** **Microsoft Compliance Technology Specialist** **to bring your talent to Noventiq. You’ll be a part of our **Services Sales **Department.**

**About the role**:
You will work within the Cybersecurity team of technical, partner and consulting resources to educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision, allowing the team to achieve/exceed quarterly Microsoft Compliance sales/usage targets in your accounts. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based information protection and compliance solutions, architectures, programs, and technologies.

**What you’ll do**:

- Scale Customer Engagements: Engages with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently, builds credibility with customers as a trusted advisor for Information Protection and Compliance solutions, remediates blockers, searches for and uses customer references, leads and ensures technical wins for Compliance and adjacent technologies.
- Scale Through Partners: Engages in partner sell-with scenarios and supports partner technical capacity.
- Build Strategy: Contributes to Compliance solution strategy development at the account level, shapes strategic win plan, tailors Microsoft messaging to audience, develops compete strategies for assigned customers, and captures and transfers to product and engineering teams core competitive knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
- Solution Design & Proof: Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations, presents and applies architecture patterns, proves capabilities and integration into customer environment, and drives cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions for Compliance. Coaches team in addressing customer digital transformation and leveraging insights to align new or changing technology to customer Compliance needs.
- Education: Builds own readiness plan, grows Compliance domain knowledge and practices expertise. Acts as a mentor in the Compliance solution area, increasing internal virtual teams' understanding of Compliance solutions and new opportunities.

**About** you**:

- Proven experience with information and data protection technologies (including encryption, key management, data loss prevention) as well as architectures and programs for Governance, Risk and Compliance such as Insider Risk Management and eDiscovery.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance and related assessments/certifications for cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Practical enterprise customer experience with configuration and implementation of Microsoft or other compliance solutions as well as competitive product knowledge (e.g., Symantec, Proofpoint, Digital Guardian, Titus, Boldon James).
- Successful engagements with Chief Legal Officers, Compliance Offices, Data Protection Officers at well as CIOs and other external stakeholders with product demonstrations, quality proof of concepts and readiness trainings.
- Passion for learning (technical and professional skills); implementing practices from others; trying, failing, and learning from both successes and failures; sharing practices and knowledge for others’ benefit.
- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
