(Mức lương: 15 - 30 triệu VNĐ)
- Xây dựng chiến lược thương hiệu và định vị thương hiệu (phong cách/ tính cách/..) của dịch vụ đang phụ trách. (Chiến lược giá, nội dung, truyền thông nội bộ, truyền thông trên các phương tiện thông tin..)
- Hoạch định chiến lược định vị và xâm nhập thị trường.
- Đảo bảo sự hoà hợp giữa tính cách thương hiệu với tầm nhìn, sứ mệnh, mục tiêu và chiến lược công ty.
- Lên kế hoạch chi tiết và triển khai thực hiện các chiến dịch phát triển thương hiệu phù hợp với định hướng, mục tiêu của dịch vụ đang triển khai
- Tham gia vào sản xuất và điều phối nhân viên sản xuất các ấn phẩm truyền thông sáng tạo.
- Làm việc và theo dõi với partner/ đại lýhoặc các bộ phận trong việc phát triển TVC/ Clip Viral/ Các ấn phẩm online và offline.
- Hỗ trợ các hoạt động seeding, nhận diện thương hiệu ở các hội nhóm
- Chịu trách nhiệm doanh thu cho một nhóm dịch vụ cố định,
- Phân tích ngành, đối thủ cạnh tranh, nghiên cứu thị trường cập nhật xu hướng tiêu dùng và biến động thị trường để đề xuất kế hoạch phù hợp.
- Nghiên cứu hành vi khách hàng, đưa ra giải pháp để tăng sự hiệu quả cho các chiến dịch đang triển khai, tăng sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
- Giám sát các hoạt động marketing và quảng cáo để đảo bảo tính nhất quán với chiến lược sản phẩm.
- Lên kế hoạch và quản lý ngân sách cho từng chiến dịch,
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để hỗ trợ chuyển đổi từ Data => Lead => Quan tâm => Khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ (Theo KPI)
- Dự kiến các rủi ro để có biện pháp xử lí kịp thời
- Liên tục theo dõi, kiểm soát quá trình thực hiện các chương trình Marketing để báo cáo kết quả cho cấp trên và giải quyết những vấn đề nảy sinh kịp thời.
- Quản lý và phát triển nhân sự của brand
- Phụ trách các công việc được giao bởi trường phòng marketing.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các ngành Marketing, Digital MKT, kinh doanh
- Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên ngành thẩm mỹ làm đẹp
- Am hiểu về định giá, phân phối và marketing thương hiệu, sản phẩm - dịch vụ.
- Có kiến thức về kinh doanh, marketing, hiểu biết về Digital Marketing và các công cụ Digital.
- Có kiến thức về nội dung, thẩm mỹ hình ảnh, sản xuất video;
- Có khả năng nắm bắt những xu hướng marketing mới nhất và áp dụng vào thực tế công việc.
- Có khả năng nắm bắt thông tin tốt, nghiên cứu tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu, xử lý thông tin, tư duy logic tốt..
- Có kinh nghiệm lập kế hoạch - triển khai kế hoạch
- Đã từng làm vị trí tương đương trong ngành nha khoa, thẩm mỹ là một lợi thế
- Thực tế chứng minh hiệu quả bằng những chỉ số trong quá khứ.
