**The opportunity**

This position will lead our content capability to enable both content marketing and content as a service to support personalization to support our hyper personalization ambitions and monitor the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver the overall Brand, Content, CSR and Propositions strategy.
- Establish and deliver on plans to achieve brand awareness and consideration measures across key segments and product categories. This will involve working with appointed creative agencies to deliver on brand campaigns timely and within the assigned budget.
- Manage brand governance across the organization to ensure adherence to standards and amplification of all external assets.
- Develop a CSR strategy and implement plans to generate publicity, positive brand sentiment as well as support Global Impact’s priorities
- Collaborate with Regional Proposition team to build a robust health proposition capability which helps bring our solutions to life through customer and distributor facing assets.
- Lead our content capability to enable both content marketing and content as a service to support personalization to support our hyper personalization ambitions.
- Support our bancassurance and agents on multiple initiatives to help drive.
- Work closely with regional and local stakeholders on initiative co-creation and delivery.
- Drive continued thought leadership on Brand, Content and Propositions across the organizations. Overall budget and KPI management for the above responsibilities including management of various agency partners.

This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Brand, Content, CSR & Propositions to help Manulife achieve our bold ambition in rebuilding brand trust and becoming a market leader in NPS and Digital Customer Leader including managing and growing talent within the Brand, Content, CSR and Propositions team.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- A results-driven professional with a university degree and minimum 10 years in a marketing leadership role, with experience in evaluating and implementing initiatives to meet the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Strong at creative thinking, influencing skills, and effective stakeholder management to position & differentiate the Manulife brand in an intensely growing competitive market.
- Experience in Branding, Advertising and Product Marketing.
- Experience in Advertising agency (Account Director, or Strategic Planner) and Finance / Insurance industry.
- Experience of managing and delivering results with third party vendors.
- Experience working with Agile methods.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to lead multiple projects at a time. Confidently influences and inspire diverse groups of people to listen to and act on what's right for the brand.
