**What you will do**:

- Manage and Deliver Digital : Track, and manage the schedule of Digital Rhythm to alight with our client
- Manage and control Program Performance (deliver timeline).
- Provide Timely Program Status and Updates.
- Improve Program Stakeholder Communications: Present the sprint health check of the RTO project (VN) in the Digital PWC meeting.
- Drive day to day operations of the PMO and manage the regular meeting.
- Drive Program Management Processes for Org’s : Drive the team to understand the digital work process and keep in sync with schedule, and new processes
- Produce and analyze program/project-level reports against key indicators

**What you should have**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in PMO/Program management in finance/banking industry
- Experience in building and/or running a successful PMO
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent in business writing, effective communication and presentation, interpersonal skill, stakeholders management skill, analytical skill, problem-solving skills and follow-up with sense of urgency
- Strong disciplined planning and execution skills base on Agile -scrum, managing within a matrix and fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry infrastructure (e.g. market, customers, competitors, digital, industry and regulatory)
- Be flexible, dynamic, team-oriented balanced with result-oriented, practical, pragmatic with comprehensive view and ability to handle multi tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
