Working closely with customer, stakeholders, and team members.
- Manage software projects: Quality-Cost-Delivery monitoring & management.
- Communicate to customers about project requirements, scope of work, estimation, project plan and milestone.
- Work directly with customer about requirement and schedule.
- Collaborate with technical leader, group leader for estimation, planning.
- Direct and monitor project team to execute project based on defined project plan.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Build project team by training/coaching members.
- Tracking/evaluate project member performance.
- Solve team conflict to ensure project teamwork and motivate member.
- Manage project stack-holder for both internal and external.

**Job Qualifications**
- Must have:_
- Good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of total working experience in project management or equivalent positions.
- Having successfully managed 03 big projects (each project with project size >= 100MM or team size >= 30 members).
- Have a strong knowledge in software development life-cycle from Requirement definition to System Testing.
- Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Waterfall, Agile/ Scrum ) and knowing about CMMi, ISO9001, ISO27001.
- Mastered at least one software development estimation method (WBS, LOC, Function Point)
- Have strong knowledge in project management area like Scope management, Resource Management, Time management, Cost management, Risk management and Quality management and so on.
- Good at soft-skill, specially communication skill, decision-making skill, reporting or documentation skill.
- WBS, Scheduling and Progress Tracking are mandatory skill for this position.
- Good at MS Office, specially Excel, Power Point and MS Project.
- Nice to have:_
- Experience with JIRA
- PMP/PMI-ACP certificate
- Software programming languages and business analysis skill.
- Experience working on the Financial/Insurance domain.
- Experiences in working with Japan Customer.
