Tasks/Responsibilities under the Line Manager:
- Prepare procurement dashboard report;
- Other works directed by Line Manager.
- Make suppliers/contractors evaluations;
- Join and follow
- up meeting with bidders;
- Archive the bid evaluation, bid negotiation documents and other relevant record and documents for checking and tracking during contract implementation (if needed);
- Follow

- related works until the contract has been successfully awarded;

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Good analyzing, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Honest, determined, responsible and disciplined;
- Able to work under high pressure;
- Training certificates in Procurement (issued by recognized Institutes) is an advantage;
- Familiar to MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic use of project cost elaboration software (G8 for example);
- Well
- understanding of project cost, construction cost and price;
- Having a valid Professional License in Procurement issued by Public Procurement Agency of MPI is an advantage.
- Good communication in English;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or construction
- related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
