The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with objectives & directions of livestream, entertainment show on Shopee Live.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to understand their communication needs and ensure effective communication channels are established (under defined direction, livestream concept, key message, budget & timeline).
- Create and maintain clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Using analytical tools such as Social listening tool, Data from BI to monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of channels, contents and ensure performance.
- Proactively researching & updating latest trends, platforms & best practices for livestream industry to adapt into effective communications tactics & strategies.
- Handling other tasks assigned by the line manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business administration/ Marketing management/ Media Communications.
- Proven experience in Livestream Industry, event planning, or a related role.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably Communications/ Social Media/ Digital Marketing projects, either at Agency or Client side.
- Good at Verbal & Written communications skills, capable of effectively communicating key information in a clear & concise manner.
- Good at Stakeholder Management, capable of influencing & managing multiple stakeholders to ensure project execution in a timely & effective manner.
- Strong ownership, logical thinking & problem-solving skills.
- Good at multitasking & respecting deadlines while being highly attentive to details.
- Good at working independently & being a supportive team player.
- Data & Performance-driven, capable of analyzing & driving insights from data.
- Good at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capable of using any Project management software tools/ templates, and methodologies are a plus.
- Having a growth mindset & positive thinking who enjoys a fast-paced & performance-driven environment.
