MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Đăng các tin chào bán lên các tài khoản B2B, các sàn giao dịch thương mại điện tử Quốc tế
- Đàm phán giá, các điều kiện, điều khoản hợp đồng theo qui định của công ty hoặc chỉ thị từ cấp trên trực tiếp
- Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận liên quan (phòng thu mua, nhà máy, kế toán, chứng từ) để giao hàng, thu hồi công nợ.
Quản Trị Dữ Liệu Khách Hàng
- Nhập dữ liệu khách hàng, đơn hàng phát sinh do: tự khai thác, được phân bổ vào phần mềm chuyên dụng của công ty - OMS
- Bảo mật, sử dụng nguồn dữ liệu đã lưu trữ phục vụ cho các chương trình marketing, cập nhật giá
Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng
- Lên kế hoạch, tổ chức tiếp đón, đưa khách hàng đi làm việc tại nhà máy nếu có theo địa bàn làm việc
- Đề xuất các giá trị gia tăng (quà tặng, discount,ưu đãi thanh toán ) cho khách hàng căn cứ vào tiềm năng, tầm quan trọng của khách
- Cập nhật các thay đổi về giá cả, dự báo mùa vụ, nhu cầu thị trường 1 cách thường xuyên, kịp thời
- Tiếp nhận, báo cáo, đề xuất hành động khắc phục/biện pháp xử lí khi có khiếu nại phàn nàn của khách hàng
- Và các nhiệm vụ liên quan khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

YÊU CẦU
- Cử nhân Ngành Ngoại thương, Ngoại ngữ (TA) hoặc Kinh tế đối ngoại hoặc Quản trị kinh doanh
- Làm việc tại vị trí tương tự từ 1 năm trở lên là lợi thế
- Am hiểu nghiệp vụ ngoại thương, xuất nhập khẩu
- Lợi thế cạnh tranh nếu có kiến thức về ngành hàng, mặt hàng nông sản, gia vị
- Tiếng Anh tương đương TOEIC/IELTS
- Giao tiếp mạch lạc, thuyết phục
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh thuần thục
- Khả năng phân tích, nhận định tình huống
- Khả năng đàm phán
- Khả năng viết báo cáo, Quản lí thời gian
