- Finding and qualifying leads from potential markets.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the markets.
- Keep in touch regularly with potential and existing customers to maintain and develop a good relationship.
- Keep records of transactions and maintaining a list/database of clients (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.).
- Report (and provide suggestion) to upper management sales progress, opportunities, customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor's activities and potential in product/service business development.
- Upsell and cross sell with existing customers to meet sales assigned target
- Compile and analyze market situation to identify the trends

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University Degree/ College(Business administration/ Foreign trade/English major is preferable).
- Above 2- year experience working in sales B2B (product/export sales) is preferable.
- Be fluent in English.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good planning, time and project management skills.
- Have proficient writing & reporting skill.
- High problem-solving skill, good observation and analysis skills.
- Familiar with CRM systemis preferable.
- Understand the value of products and services to enhance the competitive advantage.
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility.
- Eager-to-learn, passionate and thriving people.
- Be able to work independently as well as teamwork.
- Honesty, humble, respect others, quickly adaptable to new technology.
