**1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Tìm kiếm, tư vấn và phát triển tệp khách hàng B2B, thuyết phục khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ vận chuyển của GHN.
- Chăm sóc khách hàng hiện có, phát triển tỷ trọng đơn hàng từ khách hàng.
- Trao đổi các chương trình khuyến mãi, các chính sách ưu đãi.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận để có thể giải quyết và xử lý khiếu nại nhanh chóng, hiệu quả.
- Đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh thu, lợi nhuận mà công ty đề ra và các báo cáo liên quan.
- Quản lý tệp khách hàng Doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ.
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h30-18h (Thứ 2-Thứ 6).
- Địa điểm làm việc: Rivera Park - 7/28 Thành Thái, Phường 14, Quận 10, HCM
**2. YÊU CẦU**
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành Ngoại thương, Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Xuất nhập khẩu, Logistics hoặc các ngành nghề liên quan khác.
- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm sales B2B hoặc các dự án trong ngành: Logistics, Express, Ecommerce là 1 lợi thế.
- Có kinh nghiệm về phương pháp xây dựng báo giá, phân tích lợi nhuận và các bước triển khai cơ bản với khách B2B.
- Lập kế hoạch, chiến lược bán hàng hiệu quả. Quản lý thông tin và khai thác thông tin khách hàng B2B, dự án.
- Có Laptop cá nhân.
**3. QUYỀN LỢI**
- Lương cơ bản từ 8-12 triệu, có hoa hồng và KPI thưởng doanh thu
- Được đào tạo tất cả các kỹ năng và kiến thức sản phẩm.
- Đánh giá performance theo quý, theo năm, theo năng lực, theo doanh số để tăng chức, tăng lương.
- 12 ngày phép/ năm; thưởng tháng 13
- Hưởng các chính sách đãi ngộ về BHYT, BHXH, BH thất nghiệp,... theo quy định của Pháp luật.
- Tham gia khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm.
- Được tham gia đào tạo nâng cao kỹ năng, nghiệp vụ, training kiến thức về thị trường Thương mại điện tử, E-logistics.
- Môi trường trẻ trung, năng động, thỏa sức sáng tạo và nhiều cơ hội thăng tiến.
