**About the role**

The Head Sales & Business Development ( Vietnam) is a senior management with 2 key areas of focus.

First, the Head is responsible to develop and implement the sale plan to build the corporate training and in particular, the executive education for B2C,B2B & B2U leading to B2B.

Second, he/she is responsible with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining business/corporate strategic initiatives regionally.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales and Business development to control and oversee all business operations, sales, business growth, people and ventures. You will be one of the Top Management personal in the organisation and will be responsible for the overall success of the business. He/She must have a good track record of the his/her achievement in the education line.

The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guideline

**B2B/B2U Sales**
- To achieve at least 1.5 million USD Sales Revenue in the SEA market per annum.

**Corporate Partnerships Management**
- Evaluate current corporate partnership division in terms of strategy, talent resourcing, management processes, and metrics, etc.
- Participate in joint client acquisition with the team
- Provide expert input to the team

**Business Development Management**
- Lead new business development initiatives for B2C,B2B and B2U markets
- Develop and communicate the Corporate Solutions performance scorecard that captures key performance factors that help drive and achieve the key results of the business.
- Monitor, track, and manage the performance of the team
- Oversee new product/service development for the B2B and B2U customer segments

**Consultancy Management**
- Develop the frameworks for training led-consultancy solutions
- Diagnose organization needs analysis
- Develop client solutions and co-deliver on selected high-value projects
- Evaluate the outcomes of key consultancy and training projects

**Work Experiences**
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning.

**Working Conditions**
- Must be prepared to work beyond the normal work hours whenever required.
- Must be prepared to travel overseas when the COVID-19 situation is permitted.
- Must be prepared to remotely with the Singapore HQ Office.

**Technical / Functional Skills**
- Must have a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, diplomacy, customer relations, and public relations.
- Must be able to multitask with research projects, data analysis, coordination with the executive team, and acting as the public face of the company in the absence of the company’s CEO.
- Must be able to develop and execute a business plan to achieve the desired revenue.
- Must be able to identify and build partnerships with institutions of higher learning to roll-out regional initiatives.

**Salary**: Basic : 20M(VND) - 50M(VND) per month + Group Commission = 20M to 100M (VND)
