The **Senior Secretary** provides a range of administrative support services. She/he maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgment. In working with internal and external contacts, including Senior management team, she/he deals with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines/pressures.
- Responsible for scheduling and managing the calendar including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals
- Support with translation (English - Vietnamese) both in terms of documentation as well as in meetings
- Organize and coordinate international/ domestic travel and related requirements to include: travel authorizations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers, expense reports, etc.
- Provide support in arranging meetings including collation of meeting notes and handling logistics
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's degree with 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Executive Assistant for C-Level executives or similar roles
- Have working experience in the Technology Industry at Western companies is an advance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Typing fast and accurately, with consistent formatting, proper alignment and correct use of fonts and styles. The average typing speed is about 60 - 80 WPM
- Strong organizational skills and critical thinking are needed. Proven success in working in a diverse, multicultural environment is required
- Resourceful and problem-solving skills, be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Ability to effectively exercise discretion and judgment in handling confidential/proprietary information
- Attention to detail, be able to work independently
