Associate Technical Support Engineer, Vng Cloud

Trực tiếp hỗ trợ khách hàng về các vấn đề kỹ thuật các sản phẩm của Cloud (vServer, vStorage, vCDN, vCloudcam,...) như hướng dẫn sử dụng, xử lý sự cố, giải đáp các câu hỏi của khách hàng,....
- Giải quyết các sự cố của hệ thống được chuyển giao, làm đầu mối liên hệ cho các dịch vụ.
- Ghi nhận, theo dõi và thông báo cho các bên liên quan về các lỗi xảy ra trên hệ thống.
- Thực hiện xử lý các sự cố, bảo trì hệ thống, hỗ trợ SE/OM (theo solution của SE/OM) khắc phục sự cố của hệ thống.
- Xử lý và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các sản phẩm thuộc VNG Cloud.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành CNTT từ hệ cao đẳng trở lên.
- Có kiến thức căn bản về : Network, Windows, Linux,...
- Có kiến thức căn bản về cloud là một ưu điểm.
- Hiểu và sử dụng một số tool cơ bản: các tool support, vận hành và bảo trì các hệ thống chuyển giao.
- Làm việc theo ca trực (ca 12 tiếng hoặc 13 tiếng).
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp cơ bản.
- Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực tốt, làm việc theo nhóm.
- Có tinh thần cầu tiến, ham học hỏi, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, thật thà và thẳng thắn.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản, đọc hiểu và viết tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ khách hàng là một lợi thế.
