We are looking for an experienced **Project Admin / Junior Project Manager** to join our team. As a Project Admin / Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible in coordinating with various internal (SAP) team and stakeholders and customer stakeholders.

**Job Requirements & Qualification**:

- Must be organized and familiar with at least the basics of project management, such as planning, time management, task management, etc.
- Professionalism and being on time, proactive and open to new things are a must.
- Bilingual skills in English and Vietnamese in a must.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with various internal (SAP) team and stakeholders and customer stakeholders
- Keep track of budgets and project expenditures.
- Help to set up project meetings.
- Organize venues/ coordination for meetings.
- Ensure all the meeting attendees are well informed in advance.
- Publish workshop materials in advance, in coordination with the PM/TQM and the SAP SMEs to the customer stakeholders.
- Handle the minute-taking at meetings & publish the minutes with clear actions/ ownership to the attendees.
- Assist with planning the project (in Microsoft Project Plan and Microsoft Excel).
- Keep the project calendar up to date.
- Administrative duties.
- Track project plan vs progress.
- Administer Project RACI.
- Administer Project Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions tracker.
- Administer, in coordination with the PM, the dependencies of the project.
- Help in tracking leave and absences of project team members and coordinate with PM to manage meetings and sessions.
- Prepare project reports, maintain costs and efforts in Project tool (Felipe) and steering committee reports.
