**Job description**:

- Cài đặt và cấu hình các hệ thống SAP bao gồm ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Portal và các ứng dụng SAP khác.
- Set up và maintain các môi trường SAP như DEV/QAS/PRD
- Quản lý tài khoản user, role trong các hệ thống SAP.
- Thực hiện và áp dụng các chính sách bảo mật định kỳ để đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn dữ liệu và an ninh hệ thống.
- Đảm bảo sự hoạt động liên tục và suôn sẻ của các hệ thống SAP, giám sát chủ động tình trạng và performance của hệ thống.
- Thực hiện các tác vụ bảo trì hệ thống định kỳ như patching, upgrades, và backups.
- Thực hiện monitor và xử lý các job interface hàng ngày, báo cáo lại các bên liên quan.
- Thực hiện sao lưu, khôi phục và các hoạt động phục hồi cơ sở dữ liệu, đảm bảo các backup được thực hiện định kỳ và kiểm tra tính toàn vẹn và khả năng khôi phục
- Phát triển và thực hiện các chiến lược backup và restore cho các hệ thống SAP..
- Khắc phục sự cố kỹ thuật liên quan đến các hệ thống và cơ sở dữ liệu SAP, đảm bảo mínimal downtime và hiệu suất tối ưu.
- Thực hiện fix các lỗ hổng bảo mật theo yêu cầu của IT SEC
- Hỗ trợ user thực hiện UAT.
- Hỗ trợ vận hành, xử lý ticket hàng ngày theo SLA.
- Chuẩn bị các tài liệu phục vụ kiểm toán.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Trình độ Học vấn
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy khối ngành công nghệ thông tin(Khoa học máy tính, kỹ thuật máy tính, kỹ thuật phần mềm, mạng máy tính, hệ thống công nghệ thông tin) ưu tiên các trường TOP(Bách Khoa, Quốc gia, FPT )
- Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn Có Liên Quan
- Có kinh nghiệm và kiến thức cơ bản về các dịch vụ trên AWS (EC2, ALB, VPC, S3.)
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành các hệ thống SAP ERP ECC, SAP S4/HANA, SAP HANA Database
- Có chứng chỉ SAP BASIS là một lợi thế
- Kinh nghiệm Quản trị các cơ sở dữ liệu SAP, bao gồm Sysbase, HANA
- Có kiến thức và khả năng xử lý, phân phối ticket do end-user gửi.
- Các kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, kỹ năng trình bày, giải quyết vấn đề.
- Có khả năng quản lý Plan hiệu quả
- Tinh thần làm việc chăm chỉ, ham học hỏi, không ngại khó
- Các Kỹ Năng Chính/ Key Skills
- Kỹ năng phân tích, đọc hiểu tài liệu, tạo tài liệu
- Hiểu biết tốt về nhu cầu của cả khách hàng và hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Kỹ năng chyển đổi từ xu thế và nhu cầu của khách hàng vào các chiến lược số
- Kỹ năng nắm bắt và dự đoán nhu cầu người dùng cũng như xu thế số hóa.
- Technical Abilities (required)
- Kỹ năng Kiểm thử phần mềm
- Hiểu biết tốt và có kinh nghiệm về triển khai dựa án theo phương pháp Agile
- Leadership Skills / Kỹ năng Lãnh đạo:

- Có kỹ năng tạo ảnh hưởng và kết nối các nhóm, các đơn vị không chỉ trong phạm vi nội bộ đơn vị.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và kỹ năng quản lý các bên liên quan ở mức độ tốt.
