- Market research and business planning for the branch
- Be responsible to the Board of Directors for the business results and activities.
- Guide, supervise, and encourage departments and employees to work efficiently, aiming to achieve and exceed profit targets and company objectives.
- Sign contracts with customers, partners, subcontractors...
- Control, evaluate, and report on debt collection status.
- Implement preventive measures and risk mitigation strategies
- Report to the Board of Directors on the branch's business results monthly/semi-annually/annually
- Report any arising issues
- Responsible for recruitment, arrangement, transfer, dismissal, and appointment of personnel in the HCM branch according to the company's regulations.
- Evaluate employee effectiveness
- Train, guide, and enhance professional skills for employees
- Build good relationships with shipping lines, airlines, port authorities, warehouses, subcontractors... to obtain favorable input prices and resolve issues conveniently.
- Establish good relationships with customers, agents, regularly meet and visit them...
