**About the Opportunity**

The Finance Manager will lead the financial function for a particular market which provides reporting, compliance and business intelligence to Discova Asia at a sustainable cost, consistently delivers financial support for business leaders to help drive sustainable growth and probability.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and share expertise with the business to ensure all their reporting needs are met
- Offer ideas and initiatives to the business to enhance results and productivity
- Provide insightful business modeling to support in long-term and short-term business initiatives
- Assist Business Leaders with Business planning, budgeting and forecasting and business reviews
- Monitors business performance
- Lead and review the financial and management reporting
- Assess and communicate risk control, compliance and mitigation prevention as required
- As the SME business partner to lead, co-ordinates, monitor and participating in various finance projects in the business
- Prepare insightful analysis of actual results vs. budget and prior year for the region
- Manage Regional finance cost budget
- Compliant to all financial regulations and legislation throughout the region

**About you**
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance and experience in other markets is an advantage
- Min 3 years in audit firm
- CA/CPA designation (or equivalent) desirable
- Fluent in written and verbal in both national language and English
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing teams is required.
