- Declare import and export customs declarations on Vnaccs software
- Khai tờ khai hải quan xuất nhập khầu trên phần mềm Vnaccs_
- Prepare documents, pay taxes for all non-commercial shipments via CPN (Fedex, DHL, UPS, TN
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, nộp thuế cho tất cả các lô hàng phi mậu dịch qua CPN (Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT)_
- Prepare documents and work with state agencies on import permits: CITES, cultural and têxtile permits
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ và làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước về giấy phép nhập khẩu: CITES, giấy phép văn hóa và dệt may_
- Follow up the arrival schedule to notify warehouse department/store (flight, customs and domestic shipping)
- Theo dõi lịch hàng về để thông báo tới BP kho/cửa hàng (chuyến bay, hải quan và vận chuyển nội địa)_
- Understand the import and export procedures, understand commercial law, incoterms conditions

Hiểu rõ các quy trình thủ tục xuất nhập khẩu, am hiểu luật thương mại, điều kiện incoterms
- Responsible for temporary export / re-import procedures for repaired items
- Chịu trách nhiệm làm thủ tục tạm xuất / tái nhập cho các mặt hàng sửa chữa_
- The dossier must be completed fully and on time related to the shipment progress
- Hồ sơ phải hoàn chỉnh đầy đủ và đúng thời hạn liên quan đến tiến độ hàng về_
- Responsible for matching jobs and providing information to related departments: warehouse, accounting, retail, store
- Chịu trách nhiệm khớp công viêc và cung cấp thông tin cho các BP liên quan: kho, kế toán, retail, cửa hàng_
- Be responsible for the accuracy of import and export customs documents
- Chịu trách nhiệm về độ chính xác hồ sơ hải quan xuất nhập khẩu _

JOB REQUIREMENT
- University degree major (or higher level) in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Logistics
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành (trở lên) chuyên ngành Ngoại thương, Xuất nhập khẩu_
- Minimum relevant experience of 3 years with a good knowledge of trade documentation mandatory
- Kinh nghiệm liên quan tối thiểu 3 năm với kiến thức tốt về chứng từ thương mại bắt buộc_
- Capture customs procedures for documentation of import/ export documents
- Nắm bắt thủ tục hải quan để làm chứng từ XNK_
