**1. Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Executive (Finance) is responsible for ensuring Operation and Administration activities are controlled and well reported to Head Quarter in Australia. The position also mainly supports the business to be on track to execute business strategies to expand Global Research Partners' (GSP) brand profiles and appeal in the Territory

**2. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
❖ Finance & Accounting (90%):

- Mainly incharge of sending and following debt notification to customers, including commissions, issuing invoice, following up with customers and partners.
- Frequently update monthly reports for HO in accurate and well-organized manner, maintain accounting data according to regulations.
- Support to collect, manage and arrange all the receipts related to the office operations. - Strictly secure data of company and employees.
- Handle bank transactions and record banking related documents.
- Other jobs according to the analysis and direction of the Manager

❖ Administration (10%):

- Support other operation tasks performed by the Operations team
- Report to the Operations Manager

**3. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Bachelor degree with 1+ year experience in finance/ accounting tasks.
- Accounting background is a plus.
- Advanced English skills: reading and writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 10,000,000₫ - 15,000,000₫ per month
