**Your mission**:
You will join the Risk & control team to manage the regulatory and internal control risks in GroupM Vietnam. You will have 1 direct reportee and working with all applicable stakeholders cross department and agencies to provide guidance, monitor the Risk & control and regulatory compliance.

**Reporting of the role**:
This role reports to Regional Risk & Control Director and Local GroupM Vietnam CFO.

**In this role, your key responsibilities and goals will be**:
**Regulatory Compliance**
- Be proactive to manage compliance with regulatory rules that has an impact on the media business.
- Assist the CFO to manage the key regulators, government agencies, and industry associations, where applicable to ensure that their requests and queries are promptly addressed and represent the Company on relevant governance.
- Assist the CFO to review and provide adequate challenge to the business team on responses to Regulators to ensure the Company's responses are accurate, consistent and of good quality.

**Risk & Control Compliance**
- Familiarise yourself with the WPP Risk and Control Matrix (RCM) per the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework, WPP and groupm policies including Trading policy
- Constant review on the internal standard operating procedures (SOP), authorisation matrix, local policies, process and control etc to ensure they are updated and operating effectively. Report the results and/or status to Regional Risk & Control Director and CFO.
- Collaborate and liaise with relevant department, advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs
- Be the main coordinator and playing an important role to facilitate local ICFR audit, Internal audit to ensure smooth audit progress.
- Following up on compliance issues that require further scrutiny/ follow up
- Evaluating current process and ensuring adequate system is in place; opportunity for efficiency.
- Conducting regular training, policy refresher, workshop to cultivate good compliance culture
- Any other Compliance projects/ duties as may be assigned.

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the listed Vietnam stock exchange with SOX experience. Preferably to have audit experience in audit firm.
- Display high interests in risk management and compliance sectors.
- Good sense of logical thinking, proactive and taking initiative of your tasks
- Approachable, excellent in communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Independent and highly motivated.
- Have a Sense of Humor.
