**1. Managing, planning and implementing the strategy and budget planning.**
- Planning to develop Horeca channel: restaurant, hotel, resort, cafe, airlines, real estate...
- Managing, planning, implementing the strategies and costs related to Corporate Sales sub department.
- Proposing new product development strategy to meet the market needs of the channel in line with the company's goals.
- Proposing and developing the policies to support, promote markets and sell through to stimulate and increase sales revenue.

**2. Managing Distribution system of Horeca channels.**
- Supporting agents in marketing implementation, customer conferences, bidding.
- Ensure proper implementation of customer strategies at the point of sale to develop market share.
- Monitoring and implementing promotions to stimulate and increase sales effectiveness.
- Cooperating regularly with CRM, stores, logistic to ensure time, quality and quantity of products to meet clients needs.
- Synthesizing, analyzing and evaluating the implementation of the plan assigned periodically to direct manager.

**3. Leading staffs**
- Allocating and arrange workload for the team members.
- Managing the completion of a specified analytical project from start to finish.
- Training, coaching, mentoring and leading team members to improve their skill and performance.
- Reviewing actively the internal working process, give ideas that bring good performance to the related teams.

**4. Other duties as requested by direct Manager**

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Skills:

- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skill
- Ability to organize and manage people
- Analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and deadline
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Hands on computer knowledge of MS office

2. Knowledge & Qualificaion:

- Possess a minimum of four years of working experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably within luxury goods or consumer electronics as well as the network in the industry.
- Wholesales experiences in Project sales, especially in Real Estate/ Hotel projects
- Be flexible i.e. able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
