Main Responsibilities
1. Organize and control sample room and help in start-up of new styles ( Concept sample/All kinds of Sealed sample)
2. Coordinate with Product Development (PD) team in Vietnam and Factory engineering to make sure start up sample on time, conduct all industrialization to support plant to increase efficiency and reduce the cost.
3. Organize and control sample making for Marketing ( SMS/ Wear trial/Photo shoot..)
4. Coordinate with PD team Vietnam ( VCO) to manage timeline administration, Product Admin, Data Foundation and Packaging ( Packaging method/Labelling/ Casing) activities at plants
5. Coordinate with other department like main PD governance in Vietnam, planning, Plant engineering, cutting, QC, Production to have enter sew date on time and engage in trouble shooting at lines
6. Delegate the task to subordinate and continuous follow up.
**Job Description**:
1. Checking and giving suggestion & solution to solve any problem in the Technical design and sample room to achieve the objective.
2. To coordinate with QA manager and QC in resolving any quality issues especially comment coming from customer.
3. Do the pre-fitting before submitting sample to Vietnam or US
4. To control and look after the sample room (technically).
5. To conduct meeting with production, QC, cutting, molding, mechanics and IE for new style New introduction or any change in Spec of garment and packaging
6. Follow up with plant in case of late task in execution or Production development stages
7. To follow up the all kinds of sample in order to submit on time with standard.
8. To communicate directly to Vietnam PD team about technical problem.
9. Assist in line and check while making start up technically and quality.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education/Degrees:
Bachelor/Master Degree in têxtiles/garment related field
Years of experience:
More than 10 years in Bras/ intimates
Type of experience:
Technical/quality/product development experience in the apparel
Preferred experience, skills, and education that are not required:

- English proficiency
- Working experience in an international environment

Competencies or behavioral characteristics required:

- Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to raise performance through coaching and leading
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to think systemically and solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Ability to analyze problems of a technical nature and to develop methods or procedures to resolve problems.
- Have the knowledge of different systems as SAP, AS400, Apparel Net, APS,
- Bras grading, Fitting and Molding experience
- Pattern creation both 2D and 3D is preferrable
- Customer centric
