**Short Temp
- Thực hiện công tác BHXH cho CBNV/ Manage Social Insurance for employees.
- Giải đáp thắc mắc, hỗ trợ CBNV về chính sách và thủ tục BHXH/ Explain and support to employees on the policies and procedures of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
- Thực hiện việc đối chiếu số liệu Bảo hiểm xã hội hàng tháng, quý, năm/ Manage the comparison of Social Insurance data monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo BHXH liên quan khi có yêu cầu/ Manage social insurance reports when required.
- Quản lý và làm thủ tục thôi việc cho nhân viên/ Resignation Management
- Thực hiện báo cáo, thông báo về nhân viên nghỉ việc như danh sách nghỉ việc, tỷ lệ nghỉ việc, tỷ lệ chưa hoàn tất hồ sơ thôi việc/ Manage resignation reports such as resignation list, turnover rate, rate of incomplete resignation documents
- Hỗ trợ công việc của Bộ phận khi cần thiết/ Support to team when necessary
**Requirements**:
I. Yêu cầu tối thiểu/ Minimum requirements:
1. Học vấn/ Education:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các ngành về tài chính, ngân hàng, quản trị nhân sự hoặc các ngành liên quan/ University degree or higher degree in finance, banking, human resource management or related fields.
2. Kinh nghiệm/ Experience:
- Tối thiếu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong các các Tổ chức, doanh nghiệp/ At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in Organize, Enterprise.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về mảng BHXH, các hoạt động trong ngành hàng không/Social Insurance, activities experiences in the aviation industry is an advantage.
3. Kiến thức chuyên ngành/Specific knowledge:
- Quản trị Nhân sự/Quản trị kinh doanh/ Luật Lao động, BHXH/Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Labor, SI Law
4. Tin học văn phòng/ Computer skills:
- Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)/ Advanced computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
5. Kỹ năm mềm/ Soft skills:
- Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận, chi tiết, trí nhớ tốt và yêu thích những con số/ Meticulous, careful, detailed, good memory and love the numbers
- Khả năng nắm bắt, tổng hợp và tổ chức công việc tốt/ Ability to capture, synthesize and organize the work well
- Có khả năng tổng hợp, thống kê, phân tích, xử lý số liệu tốt/ Good Ability to manipulate, statistics, analysis data
- Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và nhóm/ Skill in Individual and Team work
6. Ngoại ngữ/ Language skills:
- Khả năng Anh ngữ tối thiểu TOEIC 650/ Engligh level TOEIC 650.
