**Mô tả công việc**:

- Quản lý đội tiếp thị trực tiếp & Thực hiện các hoạt động leads generation từ kênh Direct Marketing (DMK).
- **Direct Marketing**
- +Hỗ trợ Direct Marketing Teamleader đề xuất, lên kế hoạch, lập ngân sách các hoạt động direct marketing cho các thị trường tỉnh phù hợp với chiến lược marketing chung và KPI của Công ty.
- +Nghiên cứu thị trường nhằm tìm kiếm địa điểm, sự kiện tổ chức các hoạt động tiếp thị trực tiếp (DMK) hằng tháng và đảm bảo quản lý các hoạt động này.
- +Thực hiện các hoạt động DMK theo KPI
- +Kết hợp với cơ sở tổ chức các hoạt động như lớp học thử hoặc seminar... để hỗ trợ đạt KPI về khách hàng lên cơ sở và ghi danh mới.
- +Quản lý và phát triển bộ tài liệu bán hàng, POSM và kịch bản bán hàng trực tiếp và qua điện thoại cho nhân viên DMK.
- +Nhập dữ liệu khách hàng vào hệ thống và theo sát những khách hàng tiềm năng.
- +Liên hệ công ty, trường học, tổ chức, câu lạc bộ để tìm kiếm khách hàng.
- +Tổ chức, tham gia vào những sự kiện có liên quan đến tư vấn & bán sản phẩm.

- +Quản lý và làm việc trực tiếp với nhóm Direct Marketing Agent để triển khai các hoạt động Direct Marketing (DMK) theo kế hoạch được duyệt.
- +Tìm kiếm, tuyển dụng ứng viên chính thực/ Cộng tác viên. Đảm bảo nhân sự đủ trong team.
- +Quản lý chi phí, KPI và báo cáo DMK của khu vực theo yêu cầu.
- +Hỗ trợ xây dựng đội ngũ DMK tại các tỉnh thành đảm bảo KPI đã đề ra.
- +Đánh giá và đào tạo nhân viên nắm rõ sản phẩm, văn hóa VUS và kỹ năng cần thiết.
- +Làm việc trực tiếp với CSM để giám sát độ hiệu quả của hoạt động DMK & TMK.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên
- +Có kinh nghiệm & khả năng quản lý
- +Trên 1 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực trade marketing/Direct Marketing. Có kinh nghiệm trong công tác sales, direct marketing, có ngoại hình và hiểu thị trường giáo dục là một lợi thế. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về thương mại và liên kết chặt chẽ với các cơ sở giáo dục.
- +Năng động, nhanh nhẹn, chăm chỉ, hòa đồng. Khả năng giám sát công việc thêm vào cuối tuần.
- +Thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng.

- + Sẵn sàng làm việc thời gian linh động
- +Sáng tạo, năng động, có chí tiến thủ, ngoại giao tốt có kỹ năng tiếp cận, thuyết phục. Đàm phán tốt
- +Quản lý nhóm, Bán hàng trực tiếp, Bán hàng qua điện thoại, Marketing
- +Khả năng giám sát & báo cáo
