- Senior Marketing Supervisor- MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện, quản lý và giám sát trong việc quản lý thương hiệu nhằm thúc đẩy độ nhận biết thương hiệu và trung thành thương hiệu theo yêu cầu của Ngành hàng/ _Be reponsbile for implementing, managing and supervising in the Brand Management in order to enhance the Brand awareness and Brand loyalty which required by the Business Unit_
- Phát triển kế hoạch, chiến lược để nâng cao mức độ nhận diện thương hiệu và trung thành thương hiệu_. _/_ _Develop the Plan, Strategies to enhance the brand awareness and and brand loyalty_
- Đảm bảo tính thống nhất về hình ảnh, nhận diện thương hiệu trong bao bì sản phẩm, vật liệu quảng cáo, vật liệu khuyến mại, v.v_._ _/_ _Ensure brand consistentency in brand images, brand identity, including Branding material, packaging, promotional material_
- Phát triển, thực hiện và đánh giá sự hiệu quả cho kế hoạch/_ _Develop, implement brand management plan and evaluate the effectiveness _
- Phối hợp với team trade, sales, logistic theo dõi tồn kho hàng hóa, dự kiến bán hàng, đặt hàng, sản xuất / _Collaborate with Trade team, Logistic team to follow and keep track the stock, forecast, planning_
- Lập kế hoạch, quản lý và giám sát việc phát triển sản phẩm mới, tiếp thị sản phẩm, dự kiến đặt hàng, sản xuất/_ _Plan, manage and supervise in new product development, product marketing, forecast and demand planing_
- Lên kế hoạch, chiến lược tung sản phẩm mới _/ Plan, define product launching maps and strategy_
- Nghiên cứu, xác định những phần thiếu sót của sản phẩm để bổ sung và phát triển như bao bì sản phẩm, tem nhãn _/Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified such as modify packaging, sticker_
- Phát triển hiệu quả định vị sản phẩm trong thị trường / _Develop effective product positioning in the market through marketing strategy _
- Nghiên cứu đối thủ cạnh tranh để hiểu rõ về thị trường/_Research competitor tracking to understand about market consumer_
- Quản lý, giám sát hoạt động nghiên cứu thị trường để xác định thực trạng của thương hiệu về ưu đãi sản phẩm, xếp hạng hình ảnh, thông tin phản hồi của người tiêu dùng, các hoạt động đối thủ cạnh tranh, nhu cầu mới /_ _Manage and supervise research activities to determine the brand’s status in terms of product preference, image ratings, consumer feedback, competitor activities, new demand_
- Nghiên cứu hành vi khách hàng, điều kiện thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh từ dữ liệu thu thập được để đánh giá cho chiến lược thương hiệu/_ _Perform the analysis of customer behavior, market condition and competition situation from the collected data._ _
- Hỗ trợ trưởng phòng MKT các vấn đề khác** / **_Assist Marketing Manager in other programs_
- Quản lý, kiểm soát và điều phối tất cả công việc của cấp dưới trực tiếp /_ _Manage and monitor all staffs’ activities_ _
- Nhiệm vụ được phân bổ bởi cấp trên / _Tasks are assigned by Manager _
- YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆCTrình độ học vấn, chuyên môn/ _Education background_:_
- Đại học chuyên ngành MKT/ QTKD/ Kinh tế/ _University with the _Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics major_

Kinh nghiệm/ _Working Experience_:

- Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát MKT/FMCG_/At least 03 years of experiences supervising MKT/ FMCG_

Năng lực/ _Competency:_**_ _**
- Vi tính trình độ A/_ Computer level A_
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp B hoặc trở lên/_English Communication Level B or over _
- Kỹ năng hoạch định chiến lược/ _Strategy Planning skills_
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề/ _Problem Solving skills_
