Key Account Manager, Energy (Sales)

Key responsibilities

Remember that responsibilities can be e.g. managerial, budget and/ or project responsibilities; combined with responsibilities in terms of coordination, development or actual execution.- Support business strategy to achieve sales targets and expand current/new market opportunities / key Customers in South & Central VN- Plan and manage sales activities towards Key customers/ Accounts in South & Central VN- Support marketing activities between the company and the Region.- Ensure achievement of collection efficiency

Key tasks

Make a short description of each task, try to estimate the percentage of each task- Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdue- Manages directly key & large accounts in South & Central VN- Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in Energy segment.- Able to use CRM- Collaborates with E&I Sales Head to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines- Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allocated region of work

Key Success Criteria’s / KPIs

Refer to KPI´s defined in the recruitment requisition- Develop new customers
- Key accounts- Increase Hempel share (SOW) for current key accounts- Budget with respect to volume/ value & margin- Credit Management

Required education, experience and job-related skills

Formal education as well as industry, professional, product or functional experience

Relevant certifications, IT knowledge or linguistic competencies

Education :- Post Graduate and/or NACE or Frosio Certified will be preferred.

Experience:
- Min. 5-8 years in protective coating relevant industry, preferring Energy segment will be advantages.- B2B Sales / Value Selling Experience- Fluent English Communication Skills- Good connection network with key EPC Contractors, Consultant & Designing Co., and steel fabricators

Leadership competencies most relevant for the job- Drives Results to achieve Sales Excellence- Collaborates with cross functional teams- Earns Trust by executing/ meeting customer expectations- Customer Focus
