Part 1 - Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
- Assist in warehouse preparation and submission.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of sale order records are maintained and updated. Accurate system entry. Accurate physical stock vs system.
- Monitor the operations of the retails section to achieve sales objective for every activities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of sale order records are maintained and updated.
- Assist with preparation of paperwork for goods delivery.
- Coordinate and schedule delivery of goods to distributors.
- Assist with maintaining stock accuracy and correct level of inventory.
- Ensure regulatory requirements towards goods are met before delivery.
- Assist with goods clearance from the customs.

Part 2 - Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
- Assist to manage and plan warehouse space utilization.
- Assist to ensure on time dispatch/transfer of stocks from warehouse to customer.
- Assist to ensure the product repacking process is carried out effectively.
- Assist to handle complaints from distributor and customer.
- Assist to plan and schedule the stock count day.
- Assist to ensure the stock count carried out effectively and accurately.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
- Ensure customers' complaints & problems are attend & resolved promptly to meet customer satisfaction at all times.

- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị và nộp kho.
- Đảm bảo duy trì chính xác hồ sơ đơn đặt hàng bán được duy trì và cập nhật. Nhập hệ thống chính xác. Kho vật chất chính xác so với hệ thống.
- Giám sát hoạt động của bộ phận bán lẻ để đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng cho mọi hoạt động.
- Đảm bảo duy trì chính xác hồ sơ đơn đặt hàng bán được duy trì và cập nhật.
- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị các thủ tục giấy tờ để giao nhận hàng hóa.
- Điều phối và lên lịch giao hàng cho nhà phân phối.
- Hỗ trợ duy trì độ chính xác của kho và mức độ chính xác của hàng tồn kho.
- Đảm bảo các yêu cầu quy định đối với hàng hóa được đáp ứng trước khi giao hàng.
- Hỗ trợ thông quan hàng hóa từ hải quan

Part 2 - Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
- Hỗ trợ quản lý và lập kế hoạch sử dụng không gian kho.
- Hỗ trợ đảm bảo thời gian vận chuyển / chuyển kho từ kho đến khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ đảm bảo quá trình đóng gói lại sản phẩm được thực hiện hiệu quả.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý các khiếu nại từ nhà phân phối và khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch và hẹn ngày kiểm đếm kho.
- Hỗ trợ để đảm bảo việc kiểm đếm hàng tồn kho được thực hiện một cách hiệu quả và chính xác.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác khi được cấp trên trực tiếp giao.
- Đảm bảo các khiếu nại & vấn đề của khách hàng được giải quyết kịp thời để đáp ứng sự hài lòng của khách hàng mọi lúc.
- Tích cực hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác, các hoạt động của công ty.

Qualification
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent qualification

Experience
- Minimum 1 years working experience in sale processing and warehouse operations.

Skills & Knowledge
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Able to communicate fluently in the Vietnamese and English both verbally and written forms
- Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
