  • Salary: 20 million

  • Support shuttle bus from Hanoi, Nam Dinh to the factory.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Purchase Requests for Production.

Suppliers

  • Receive & confirm Purchase Requests from Related Departments.
  • Research potential Suppliers, get quotation, compare, evaluate and submit to
Manager for approval.

  • Negotiate Contract terms of Agreements and Pricing.
  • Make new PO & issue to Suppliers
  • Check, track Delivery Progress, ensure timely delivery, update Ordered Materials List
to Related Departments.

  • Review quality and send claims (if any) of Purchases Products
  • Enter details information of suppliers such as Name, address, Products, price for
internal Database.

  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Check and confirm the monthly delivered quantity.

Customers

  • Updated PO & FC from Customers and send to all Concerned Departments
  • Contact and exchange with Customers about many things related to Drawing,
Quotation, Purchase Order and Contract.

  • Fill out all the forms requested by Customers.
  • Follow VMI system & VMI Invoice (BMMY only)

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Trade and Foreign Language.
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of Supplier sourcing (researching, evaluating and liaising with Suppliers).
  • At least 5 years solid experience in the same field in foreign company, especially Japanese society.
  • Have good communication & negotiation skills.
  • To be responsible and capable of working independently and detailminded

Salary:
Up to 20,000,000₫ per month
