- Duy trì sự hỗ trợ tối đa đối với nhân viên, đề cao môi trường cải tiến, có các biện pháp khuyến khích thay đổi, liên lạc các bộ phận khác để đảm bảo mục tiêu chung/ Maintain maximum support to juniors, give proactive innovation idea, keep close communication with other departments to fulfill tasks.
- Báo cáo trực tiếp Manager và duy trì trao đổi thông tin, tư vấn các phương pháp tích cực làm tăng năng suất, chịu trách nhiêm chung về hiện trường/ Timely report and proactively consult initiative to manager, be responsible for for daily operation.
- Kết hợp kiểm tra thông tin hàng hóa xuất nhập từ các bộ phận liên quan, khách hàng, chỉ dẫn thực hiện hợp lý cho nhân viên cấp dưới nếu cần.
- Đảm bảo kiểm soát nhân viên dữ liệu thực hiện báo cáo chính xác.
- Quản lý việc thực hiện công việc theo đúng tiêu chuẩn thao tác SOP, chỉ dẫn công việc chi tiết WI, các qui định khác, thực hiện quy định kho, 5S, quy định an toàn lao động.
- Tổ chức đào tạo nhân viên mới các nội quy quy trình, hướng dẫn thực hiện, record việc đào tạo.
- Quản lý việc lưu trữ sổ sách, các chứng từ, tem phiếuliên quan cẩn thận, theo tiêu chuẩn pháp lý thời gian.
- Tham gia thực hiện layout, đảm bảo tối đa hóa năng lực, tổ chức kiểm kê, làm các công việc khác được cấp trên giao cho.

Yêu cầu:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm quản lý Kho tại các cty vốn nước ngoài đặc biệt vị trí quản lý kho tại cty Logistics
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp( B level)
- Vi tính văn phòng( yêu cầu bắt buộc)
- Đã làm kho hoặc( prefer) có kiến thức sâu sắc về kho
- Nhiệt tình chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, trung thực, đã tốt nghiệp ít nhất 2 năm và có ít nhất 1 năm công tác.
- Kỹ năng quản lý kho.
