Additionally, your role encompasses mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and proactively addressing potential challenges. Ultimately, your financial leadership contributes to the overall success and sustainability of company.
- Responsibility
- Strategic financial planning for growth- Coordinate with the executive board to develop strategies and financial plans consistent with growth objectives
- Provide financial insights and recommend to support key decision
- making processes related to expansion, acquisitions, and market penetration.
- Cost control and efficiency improvement- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement to enhance overall financial performance.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency across both retail and manufacturing operations.

Market analysis and forecasting
- Utilize data
