TikTok Shop hiện đang là kênh thương mại điện tử mới và hot nhất hiện nay. Ở vị trí Tiktok Ads, bạn sẽ cùng làm việc với các Team trong Phòng Marketing, được hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn bởi các Team Leader cùng CMO để cùng nhau nghiên cứu và khai phá tài nguyên trên Tiktok. Bạn sẽ cùng chúng tôi thực hiện các công việc như:

- Quản lý, phân tích, tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo trên Tiktok.
- Phối hợp với team content creative để chuẩn bị các tư liệu video phục vụ cho việc chạy quảng cáo.
- Nghiên cứu, theo dõi, update liên tục về Titkok Ads, đối thủ, thị trường, trend để bắt kịp xu hướng, từ đó có những chiến lược, điều chỉnh cho các tư liệu, chiến dịch chạy Ads.
- Liên hệ đối tác Tiktok khi có vấn đề phát sinh.
- Quản lý gian hàng trên Tik Tok Shop.

- Thu nhập: từ 15.000.000 - 18.000.000 đồng/ tháng (Lương Gross, thỏa thuận theo năng lực, lộ trình tăng lương theo level). 2. Quy trình tuyển dụng
- Quy trình Phỏng vấn gồm 02 vòng: Leader trực tiếp & Giám đốc Marketing.
- Hình thức: Offline.
- Kết quả sẽ có ngay sau vòng Phỏng vấn cuối cùng.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Nam/ Nữ từ 26 tuổi trở lên, tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/ Đại học.
- Đã có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm chạy Tiktok Ads
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển TikTok Shop
- Ứng viên từng làm việc trong lĩnh vực chuỗi bán lẻ là một lợi thế.
