**Objectives**:
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer Manager with knowledge in digital marketing, strong partnership & stakeholder management skills to: (1) Promote PMAX’s total performance marketing solutions & expertise, and increase competitive capability of PMAX to clients; (2) Generate revenue and optimize the profitability for PMAX; (3) Contribute to the growth and development of PMAX, together with equip internal project teams to get up-to-date policies.

**JOB DETAILS**:
**Partnership management & development**:

- Identify, prioritize, and seek for partnership opportunities
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach, and relationship management.
- Develop initiatives and strategize new ways to grow current partnerships.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners in order to enhance PMAX capability and profitability.
- Manage vendor relations, negotiate and finalize deals with partners & alliances in order to optimize profitability.
- Buid, implement and follow up JBP plan with each partner from performance (volume), product development/adoption, co-marketing activities,

**Stakeholder management**:

- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Media, Account, Creative, Commerce solutions, Marketing ) on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Update internal project teams on market trends and best practices from partners.
- Work closely with other teams to maintain daily operation from onboarding, monitoring to closing.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Must have:

- At least 1 year experience as Media Buyer Manager/Partnership Manager or Account Manager, or relevant roles as management level.
- Good at project management, stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in both Vietnamese and English - IELTS >=7.0 or relevant.
- A strong critical thinker, a problem solver and a data analyst.
- Proven track record of constructive networking abilities.
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders to generate win-win solutions.
- Good to have:

- Experience and knowledge in Marketing field, especially agencies side
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
