**The Opportunity**:
Ever thought about making a direct impact on the eCommerce space with your ad buying prowess? We're seeking digital maestros experienced in buying and optimizing ads across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and native platforms. You'll be the engine powering our e-commerce campaigns, crafting compelling ads, and analyzing performance to optimize ROI. In the process, you'll be closely working with our marketing team and creating magic

**Your Role**:

- Design and implement media buying strategies across Google, Meta platforms, and TikTok to spur growth and performance.
- Conduct daily analysis and optimization of campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Unleash your creativity with A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with our creative wizards to develop compelling ad content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new channels, audiences, and tactics.
- Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign performance.
- Work in synergy with cross-functional teams, aligning media buying efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Stay current with platform algorithms and advertising policies, tweaking strategies as required.

**Your Arsenal**:

- Proven experience in media buying across Google, Meta platforms, and TikTok.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Expertise in campaign optimization and A/B testing.
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Familiarity with ad creative development.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and how media buying fits into the big picture.
